Bematist is provided by Bluemind Software Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Bluemind Software”, “we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Apple's licence agreement
Your use of Bematist is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The points below add to it and don't replace it.
Bematist Pro
- Bematist Pro is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (Solo and Leader, monthly or yearly) and as a one-time Leader for life purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in the app (Settings → your name → Manage subscription) or in your Apple Account settings.
- If an introductory free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
- Chapters you could read when you reached them stay readable, even if your membership later ends.
Walking parties
A Leader's membership lets the friends they invite read the party's book for free while the party runs. Choose a party name that's fair to show to others: no offensive, hateful, or impersonating names. Names that break this rule may be hidden, and a Leader can remove any walker from their party. The books
The texts in Bematist are classic works in the public domain where the app offers them. Some texts are available only in certain countries, where copyright allows. The app's design, maps, illustrations, and abridgements belong to Bluemind Software.
Your health and safety
Bematist is a reading and motivation app, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice. Step and distance figures come from Apple Health and may not be exact. Pay attention to your surroundings while walking, and check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Bematist after a change, you accept the updated terms.
